Sports Club Kahana offers special classes every week on Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm.  Classes are FREE for members and $8 for non-members.  Island visitors and local residents are all welcome!  Come all, enjoy the fun.

Thurs. February 25 @ 5:30pm - CSI (Cardio-Strength-Intervals), perform athletic cardio and strength training segment to increase speed, strength, power, agility, and balance using a variety of equipment.

Thurs. March 4 @ 5:30pm - Boot Camp Challenge, high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge your endurance and strength while burning lots of calories.

Thurs. March 11 @ 5:30pm - Step-n-Tone, easy to follow step combinations combined with body sculpting moves using light hand weights that tone the body while giving a cardiovascular workout.

Thurs. March 18 @ 5:30pm - Haleakala “Sunrise” Ride, the ultimate bicycle challenge.  Take a virtual ride and climb up the volcano.  Build power, strength, and endurance as you cycle to the top for the sunrise.

Thurs. March 25 @ 5:30pm - STRETCH, a variety of exercises that will help you stretch your muscles and increase your flexibility.  Learn how the relax, lengthen muscles, and prevent injury.
