    BODY SCULPT/CORE CONDITIONING

    SPORT CHALLENGE - 1 1/2 HOUR
    This challenging sports conditioning class will take your fitness level to a new horizon. This class will challenge you with plyometric moves, sprints & strength training

    ABS/SCULPT - 30 MIN
    This class is designed to reach that troubled area. Get a stomach that you’ve always wanted.

    STEP BASIC - 30 MIN
    Come and join this 30min class that is designed to teach you the basic steps of a step class “Easy on the knees!!”

    STEP - 1 HOUR
    Fast paced choreography! An intense class for the step student who enjoys a challenge! Lot’s of FUN!!!!

    SPIN/CYCLE - 1 HOUR
    Can you burn 600 to 800 calories in 45 minutes? You can if you are riding with our indoor cycling class. This amazing cardiovascular workout is like no other! Work aerobically & anaerobically to take your fitness level to a new dimension. All fitness levels are welcome & encouraged! 1 hour class

    BOXERCISE - 1 1/2 HOUR
    Basic boxing fundamentals combined with a high intense cardio will be the foundation of this popular class. It is designed for all ages who want to learn to box and a have a great new work out. Friday and Sunday classes will begin in the aerobic studio for a 40 to 50 minute aerobic work-out. Then, off to the ring and bags for a hard hitting workout. Tuesday’s classes will be dedicated to just the ring and the continued teaching of boxing fundamentals and technique. You will still receive a full aerobic work out as Friday and Sunday classes. It will only be in a different format.

    KICK BOXING - 1 HOUR
    Spend hour learning new kicks and having a great workout doing it. Learn the basic fundamentals of kick boxing while getting a great glut and thigh work out. A great fun way to firm up the butt!! Learn ways to protect yourself!

    YOGA - 1 HOUR to 1 1/2 HOUR SATURDAY
    Learn the foundation of yoga postures: forward bends, backbends, twist, inversions & standing poses. Emphasis is on proper spinal alignment using yoga props. Variations are offered for the beginner to the advanced student. A great program designed to help increase balance, coordination, and help prevention injury while learning to relax. Good for any athlete and all ages.
