A regular personal training session normally consists of a full-body workout, starting with a warm-up and ending with assisted stretching. However, remember that there is no “cookie-cutter” personal training session. Your session will be programmed specifically for YOU, to meet your unique health/fitness needs.

Depending on the group of muscles being stretched, there is a specific format, the muscles are stretched in a specific order, each stretch is held for 2 sec, then repeated. The repetition, allows for a pumping effect in the muscles helping to bring in fresh oxygen filled blood full of nutrients to tight bound muscles. This method is non intrusive, it does not leave bruises and most people are not sore afterwords. Lower body is 60 minutes, upper body is 30 minutes, and extremities are 30 minutes.
