Monica Barnas – Yoga Instructor |

Monica has been teaching yoga for over six years. Prior to becoming a yoga instructor, she worked as a dancer and group fitness instructor. She is available for private yoga instruction or private classes. She can accomodate any level from beginners to advanced. Monica holds a Masters of Science degree in Health Science with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology from Long Island University. She is a Hawaii State licensed massage therapist and has certifications in Personal Training, Yoga, and Pilates Mat. |

Emily’s athletic background in dance, soccer and other sports has led her passion for fitness and exercise. She has coached and instructed fitness for over 6 years. She will design an effective and efficient program to reduce body fat, gain fitness and increase muscular tone. She uses up to date techniques and innovative exercises that will give you the most effective results from your workouts.Emily is certified as an AFAA Personal Trainer, multiple Group Fitness programs, and is working towards a degree in exercise science. |
